Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Please provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the appointment will be considered a “no-show” and will incur a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
• Appointments booked within a 24-hour period must be cancelled within 6 hours of the booking time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
